Panaji, May 9, 2017 …  As a part of initiative to provide time bound and effective services to all the people in Goa through the Office of Mamlatdars, Dy. Collectors and Collectorate Offices various steps have been planned and implemented.

 While giving these services there can be some grievances which have to be brought to the notice of Head of Department and the Government in order to resolve the same. In order to facilitate the people to raise their grievances, various methods like drop boxes have been adopted. As the part of this initiative an email ID: has been created which is being directly monitored by Office of Collector (North), Collector (South), Mamlatdars, Revenue Department and Office of Minister for Revenue.

 All the Citizens of Goa are therefore requested to use this email ID for logging their grievances regarding any of the services given by the Office of Mamlatdars, Dy. Collectors, Collectors and Revenue Department in Goa.
