The District Level Monitoring Committee under Cable TV (Network) Act, South Goa District met today under the Chairmanship of Collector & District Magistrate, Dr. Tahir Joseph. The Committee decided to issue Show Cause Notice to the channels operating in the South Goa District without the requisite registration from Ministry of Information & Broadcasting, New Delhi. The Committee also deliberated on the complaint received from a subscriber against the Local Cable Operator, Verna Cable Net.
