The film produced by Iris Productions, stars Mrinal Kulkarni, Subodh Bhave along with goan actors prince jacob, menakshi martins and other.
The story and concept of the film, which is based on corruption, is by Rajendra Talak himself. While the music for the film is done by Ashok Patki, and the talents of Oscar award winner Resul Pookotty.
A Rainy Day is Rajendra Talak’s 5th film after Aleesha, Antarnad, Saavariya.com and O Maria.
Talak said he would not have a problem even to show the film to the goan legislators or bureaucrats so that they could learn out something from his film
Meanwhile commenting over the mining issue of the state Talak also stated that his earlier film allesha had a lot to talk about the issues concerning to the goan mining industry but politicians had failed to take a leaf out of his movie
