06/08/2015 … State chief minister Laxmikant Parsekar has ruled out the possibility of handing over the Louis berger bribery case to the central bereau of investigation
Speaking to media reporter’s chief minister Laxmikant Parsekar said that if the things were moving in the right track there he also felt that there was no need for the case to be handed over to cbi for further investigations
On asked if the police officials were on the right track on the Louis berger issue Deputy Chief minister Francis dsouza said that he had not seen any results from the case till date and therefore had no comment to say on the case
Mr dsouza also stated that he was of the opinion that the jica scam case was an easy case to convict
