Speaking to goanreporter.com rajya sabha mp shantaram naik said that social activists like fr bismark were mostly murdered and therefore it was very difficult to believe that the mysterious case of fr bismark was due to drowning due to which the there was a need for the state police officials to look in to the line of murder in to the case of fr bismark death
Mr naik said that the state of goa was very much in need for a forensic lab in goa due to the delay being done to get the visera report in such cases
