Sadbhavana Diwas is being observed nationwide every year on August 20, to commemorate the birth anniversary of late Shri Rajiv Gandhi, former Prime Minister of India, to promote the national integration and communal harmony amongst people of all religions, languages and regions to eschew violence and to promote goodwill among the people.
