Madananth Sabhagruha, Madhalawada, Verem, Ponda.
Shri Walia is a Sectional President (Earth System Sciences Section) Indian Science Congress Association-2018, Professor (Geology) and Head, Department of Environmental Studies, North-Eastern Hill University, Guwahati.
