Anjuna P.S. Cr. No. 102/2015 u/s 279, 338 IPC & Sec. 134 (a) (b) of M.V. Act
That on 19.09.2015 at 15.35 hrs at near Sangelkar Royal Appts., Raj Shirolim unknown accused driver of Ford Figo Car No. MH-02-CR-2556 while proceeding from Shirolim to Chopdem Bridge drove his Car in rash and negligent manner and when reached near Sangelkar Royal Appts., gave dash to Mr. Devanand Mortu Pednekar, r/o Khadpawada, Cuchelim, who was supposed to sit in his parked Swift Car No. GA-03-K-1065, facing towards Shirolim side and also gave dash to the right side front portion of the Car as a result Devanand Pednekar sustained grievous injuries to his left leg. Accused driver fled away from the spot without informing to the Police nor referring victim for medical treatment.
Bicholim P.S. Cr. No. 139/2015 u/s 279, 338 IPC
Mr. Arjun Pundalik Dhatkar r/o Dhatwada, Piligao complained that on 04.03.2015 at 17.30 hrs at Sarmanas, Pilgao junction accused Mayur Babu Asolkar r/o Tarwada, Piligao rider of M/Cycle No. GA-04-J-5120 drove his vehicle in rash and negligent manner while proceeding from Pilgao to Bicholim & gave dash to M/Cycle No. GA-04-D-3712 which was coming from opposite direction due to which caused injuries to right hand of the complainant.

Ponda PS Cr. No.239/15 u/s 279, 338,304-A IPC.
That on 20/09/2015 at 00.45 hrs, HC-3485, Shri Dilip s/o Vithoba Sinari, of Ponda PS, lodged his complaint on behalf of state, that on 18/09/15 at 19.00 hrs, at Panchwada, Usgao, accused Deepraj s/o Digamber Naik, age-25 yrs r/o Bhamai, Pale, rider of Dio Scooter , Reg. No. GA-04-D-9218, rode his scooter in a rash and negligent manner endangering to human life, while proceeding from Bhamai Pale to Usgao, and when reached at Panchwada Usgao, dash against oncoming M/Cycle bearing Reg. No.GA-01-K-8125, thereby causing grievous injuries to the rider of M/Cycle namely Dasharat s/o Bhaskar Gaude, age-45 yrs r/o H.No.559, Sonarbag Usgao and succumbed to injuries while undergoing treatment GMC Bambolim. Further investigation is in progress.
Maina Curtorim PS Cr. No.119/15 u/s 279, 338 IPC.
That on 20/09/2015 at 09.30 hrs, HC-4087, Shri Netaji M. Dessai, of Maina Curtorim PS, lodged his complaint on behalf of state, that on 19/09/15 at 13.30 hrs, at Opp. Shaan Motors, Indona Davorlim, accused Sayyed Yaseen s/o A.M. Rahamtulla r/o Flat no.1, Ground Floor, Rahmat Manzil, New Vaddem Vasco-Da-Gama, age-26 yrs r/o , driver of Hyundai Verna Car, Reg. No. GA-04-C-0707, drove his Car in a rash and negligent manner endangering to human life without taking proper care and caution dashed against the pedestrian and thereby causing grievous injuries on right leg to the pedestrian namely Akhil Shah Mukandar age-19 yrs r/o Dicarpali, Navelim, Salcete. Further investigation is in progress.
Ponda PS UD NO.106/15 u/s 174 Cr.P.C.
That on 20/09/2015 at 09.00 hrs, Ponda Police Station, received phone call from PCR Panaji, informing that one male person is found lying at Marcel near fish market, age about 35-40 yrs, long beard, medium built, black complexion, wearing orange colour T-Shirt and long pant. Accordingly, I.O. visited the spot and conducted Scene cum inquest panchanama. Dead body preserved at Morgue of GMC, Bambolim, for further formalities. Further investigation is in progress.
Cuncolim PS UD NO.30/15 u/s 174 Cr.P.C.
That on 20/09/2015 at 11.20 hrs, Cuncolim Police Station, received phone call from Casualty Police GMC, Bambolim, informing that patient namely Aleixinha Gomes Rebello age-35 yrs r/o H.No.500/A, Nagarphoi, Sarzora, who was admitted at GMC, Bambolim is expired. After all legal formalities, dead body of deceased is handed over to her relatives. Further investigation is in progress.
Maina Curtorim PS UD NO.49/15 u/s 174 Cr.P.C.
That on 20/09/2015 at 09.00 hrs, Maina Curtorim Police Station, received wireless message from Casualty Police G.M.C. Bambolim, informing that patient namely Smt. Sneha Giri w/o Dilip @Deevraj age-26 yrs r/o c/o Felex Rebello r/o H.No.106, Anthoi Guirdolim, Chandor, Salcete n/o Lakhisarai, Bihar, has expired in ward No.109, under MLC No.15/201, as a case of burning at her residence. Upon enquiry conducted with husband of deceased namely Shri Dilip @ Devraj Giri s/o Janardhan r/o c/o Felix Rebello, H.No.106 Anthoi Guirdolim, Chandor Salcete n/o Lakhisarai, Bihar and he stated that he married with deceased in the year 2012 and found burning while she was cooking food at residence on 30.08.15, since the death of deceased is within 07 years of her marriage, SDM Margao was informed. Further SDM Margao, visited G.M.C. Bambolim and conducted inquest panchnama over dead bodyof deceased. SDM Margao, contacted Medical Officer of GMC Bambolim, who requested to bring the paternal relatives of the deceased for identification and to conduct P.M. Examination. Dead body preserved at Morgue of GMC, Bambolim, for further formalities. Further investigation is in progress with SDM Margao.
