CALANAGUTE PS: Shri Vishwas Govekar r/o Khobrawada, Calangute complained that on 16.12.12 at 16.00 hrs. at Khorbrawada, Accused Manjeet Singh r/o Estrala D. Mar Kobrawada criminally trespassed into his property and damaged the hut causing loss of Rs.15,000/- and threatened with dire consequence. Cr.No.190/12 u/s 447, 427, 506 (ii) IPC stands registered. PONDA PS: On 16.12.12, one Hanumant Yallapa, aged 52 yrs. r/o Upper Bazar N/o Gadag Karnataka was found lying dead at Upper Bazaar, Ponda. Body preserved in GMC Morgue Bambolim. U.D.No.138/12 u/s 174 Cr. P. C. stands registered. PSI Hanshikutti is I.O.
PERNEM PS: Complaint on behalf of the State that on 16.12.12, prior to 09.20 hrs. driver of mini bus No.GA-01-V-4199 drove the same in a rash and negligent manner while proceeding from Pernem towards Mapusa side and when reached at RTO Check Post Dhargal High Way, dashed from behind to the container No.HR-55-J-5730 which was proceeding in same direction, thereby causing injury to the passenger who were traveling in said bus. MAPUSA PS: ShriDurgesh Narhari Naik r/o Tumalwada, Pirna, Bardez complained that on 16.12.12 at 18.30 hrs. at Tumalwada, Pirna accused Keeny r/o Tumalwada abused him with filthy words assaulted with fist blows and wooden danda causing him bodily injuries further criminally trespassed into his property ie court yard to kill him. ANJUNA PS: Shri Stanislaus Pascoal D’Souza r/o Mazalwada, Anjuna complained that between 10.12.12 at 08.30 hrs. to 11.12.12 at 07.30 hrs. at Temti café Anjuna, unknown foreigner entered into his shop and committed theft of cash of Rs.9000/- and some cigarette packets all W/rs.10,000/-, accused Lyond Christian, age 41 yrs. BICHOLIM PS; Shri Deelip Laxman Gaonkar r/o Nanoda Usap, Bicholim complained that in the intervening night of 15/16.12.12 between 24.00 hrs. to 06.00 hrs. at their ancestral house at Gaonkarwada Usap, accused Sunil Laxman Gaonkar aged 35 yrs. r/o usap Nanoda being his younger brother committed murder of their eldest brother namely Shashikant s/o Laxman Gaonkar and after committing murder shifted the dead body from ancestral house ie place of an offence into the cow shed located behind their house with intention to dispose the dead body, also wiped out blood stains with the help of cow dung from place with intention to destroy the evidence. MARGAO TOWN PS: On 16.12.12, dead body of unknown male person was found lying near Damodar School, Comba. U.D.No.127/12 u/s 174 Cr. P. C. stands registered. PSI M. Colaco is I. O.
2) On 16.12.12, one Vishnu Yadav, age 42 yrs. r/o Aquem, Margao was admitted in GMC Bambolim as a case of fall from heights at work place at Malbhat, Margao and expired while undergoing medical treatment. U.D.No.128/12 u/s 174 Cr. P. C. stands registered.
CANACONA PS: Mrs. Ruhani Kaur r/o commercial complex, Panchasheela Park, New Delhi complained that between 21.30 hrs. of 15.12.12 to 03.30 hrs. of 16.12.12 at Sevas huts Colomb, Canacona, unknown culprit/s effected entry into her rented hut by breaking the main door lock and decamped with 1) Green Kata Bag W/rs.12,000/-,2) Canon camera W/rs.1,20,000/-, 3) Lumix Panasonic Camera W/rs.28,000/-, 4) Camera Hoods, lens back, charger W/rs.10,000/-, 5) wallet with Rs. 24,000/-, ICICI credit and Debit card, HDFC Credit card Voter card, Press card, 6) clothes of Rs.70,000/-, 7) Rayban Prescription glasses W/rs.7,000/-, 8) Tomford Glasses W/Rs.8,000/- all W/rs.2,57,400/-.
