NORTH GOA DISTRICT
PANAJI PS: Mrs. Fleur w/o Sidney Almeida r/o Zaino-Velim complained that on 13.12.12 at 11.30 hrs. near Bombay Bazar, 18th June road- Panaji, unknown accused person/s committed theft of black color brief case containing learners driving license, RC book of car No.GA-08-F-7050 and some important documents from her car which was parked in an open parking place. Cr.No.373/12 u/s 379 IPC stands registered.
2) Shri Aaquil Prasala r/o Dhempe College road, Opp. SBI Bank, complained that unknown accused person/s entered into the his flat through the open door and committed theft of 1) Samsung GalaxyS2, 2) Nokia 808, 3) NokiaE72, 4) Samsung Galaxy all W/Rs.1,18,000/- approx. MAPUSA PS: ShriAnand s/o Rameshwar Mapsekar r/o near Electricity Dept., Mapusa complained that on 10.12.12 at about 17.05 hrs. in front Vrudavan Hospital, accused Chetan Pundalik Parwar r/o Mapusa rode his M/cycle bearing No.GA-03-Q07958 in a rash and negligent manner and dashed against pedestrian who was standing at side of road and sustained bodily injuries. BICHOLIM PS: On 13.12.12, one Shantaram Soma Gawas, age 65 yrs. r/o Patye, Bicholim, while traveling from Panaji to Patye by bus suddenly fell sick and become unconscious, further shifted to PHC Bicholim where he was declared dead. U.D.No.81/12 u/s 174 Cr. P. C. stands registered.
2) On 13.12.12, one Mushak Muzawar, age 25 yrs. R/o Bayem, Surla was found hanging at Bayem Surla in Old V. M. Salgaonkar colony. U.D.No.82/12 u/s 174 Cr. P. C. stands registered. PSI T. P. Walke is I. O.
CALANGUTE PS: Shri Marcus Gonsalves r/o Sautawada, Baga complained that between 25.12.12 at 23.00 hrs. to 26.12.12 at 08.00 hrs., unknown culprit committed theft of his Honda Dio Scooter No.GA-03-Q-5497 W/rs.40,000/- which was parked at his house. MARGAO TOWN PS: Mr. Himesh Rajan Prakash, Enforcement officer, employee Provident Fund Organization Regional office, Patto Plaza, Panaji complained that in between July 2012 to October 2012 at M/s Quadros Motors Private Ltd. Opp. Multipurpose High School Borda, Margao, accused Evencio Quadros s/o Joaquim Quadros r/o Margumpoi, Verna being responsible person for the conduct of the business of M/s Quadros Motors Pvt. Ltd. deducted the amount from the employee’s wages towards employee provident fund for the month of July 2012 to October 2012 and failed to deposit the contribution of employee in the employee provident fund account with the State Bank, thereby misappropriated cash of rs.39369/- belonging to employees. VASCO PS: Hari Narayan Gawde, age 56 yrs. President of Shri Sateri Narsiv Sausthan Alto Dabolim r/o near Mohiddin Saw mill Chicalim Vasco complained that on 13.12.12 between 06.45 hrs. to 07.15 hrs. CANACONA PS: Complaint on behalf of the State that on 12.12.12 prior to 09.50 hrs. at Govt. Primary school Agond Mashem, Canacona, accused Mr. Ramakant s/o Vittal Prabhugaonkar r/o Agas Loliem, Canacona, Civil Contractor allowed unauthorized electric connection by tapping electricity from the main line and negligently allowed Mr. Ramakant Yadav r/o Dharmapur, Navelim n/o U.P. a tile polisher to use the polishing machine without taking proper care and caution thereby said tiles polisher was electrocuted and expired.
