VALPOI PS: Miss Swati d/o Dholo Gawade r/o near Mahadev Temple, Deulwada, Pissurlem Sattari complained that on 09.12.12 at 18.30 hrs. accused namely Harishchandra Chudaji Salekar r/o Pansulem, Morlem Colony, Sattari riding M/cycle No.GA-04-D-7927 rode the same in a rash and negligent manner, while proceeding from Valpoi to Honda and when reached at Postwada-Honda, while over taking to a Pleasure scooter No.GA-04-D-7443 which was also proceeding in same direction, dashed to said scooter causing injuries to himself. Documents for his personal benefits, thereby occused impersonated the name and address of the complainant and cheated the different authorities. Accused arrested. Aditya Ghanashyam Dabale both r/o Lopeswada Verla Canca 3) Shekhar Parshekar r/o Khalapwada, Canca with their common intention over prolong dispute abused him and his wife Mrs. Sanjana Dabale and mother Smt. Saju Dabale with filthy words, criminally trespassed into his house, assaulted them with slaps fist blows, kicks and Danda causing them bodily injuries and further threatened him and his family members with dire consequence . Pajifond and when reached near Mohiddin Petrol Pump T Junction, rode his M/cycle in a rash and negligent manner and dashed to oncoming Pleasure scooter No. GA-08-L-2458 thereby causing grievous injuries to scooter rider Laxmikant Amonkar r/o Comba. 2) On 10.12.12, one Siddesh Bhandari, age 26 yrs. r/o Headland Sada while proceeding from Ravanfond to Khareband on Pulsar M/Cycle No.GA-08-P-4219, lost his control at Rajendra Prasad Stadium while overtaking due to oncoming vehicle and fell down with his M/cycle and came under the rear wheel of Tanker GDZ 9075 which was also proceeding in same direction and succumbed to the injuries on the spot.
