Panaji: april 1,2015 …. A meeting was held under the chairmanship of Secretary Social Welfare Shri Manoj Sahoo IAS at Secretariat on monday to review preparations for celebration of 124th birth anniversary of Bharat Ratna Dr. Babasaheb Ambedkar.
Representatives of related Government Departments and office bearers of SC organizations present discussed issues relating to the celebration of the function in a befitting manner at the life size statue of the leader at Dr. Ambedkar Park. On April 14,2015
