Goan Reporter News: National Dengue Day on May 16th

National Vector Borne Disease Control Programme, Directorate of Health Service will organise State Level Function at conference hall of Urban Health Centre Margao on May 16, 2023 at 10.15 am on the occasion of National Dengue Day.

To emphasis on strategies to control and reduce the Dengue burden National Dengue Day is observed on 16th May every year. This year the theme is “Harness partnership to defeat dengue”. Also awareness activities are being organized throughout the State.

Goan Reporter News: Power shutdown on May 15, 2023 from 09.00 a.m. to 01.30 p.m. at 11 KV RND PDA Feeder to carry out maintenance work.

A power shutdown has been arranged on May 15, 2023 from 09.00 a.m. to 01.30 p.m. at 11 KV RND PDA Feeder to carry out maintenance work. The areas affected are entire Mandovi Clinic, Tarun Bharat, PDA Colony, Ganesh Temple, Jnyan Vikas School, Riviera Residency park, Paradise on Earth ,Shree Niketan Child Care & Education Centre, Hotel Solmar Exotica, Rajesh Shet, Models Ventures, Sterling Hotels and surrounding areas as informed by the Department of Information and Publicity.

Similarly power shutdown has been arranged on May 15, 2023 from 02.00 p.m. to 05.30 p.m. at 11 KV Porvorim Bazaar Feeder to carry out maintenance work. The areas affected are Nobert Gym, Holy Family school, JMJ Hospital, 20point Socorro, Socorro Panchayat, Karapur Valley, Shri Sai Baba Sansthan Sainagar and surrounding areas as informed by the Department of Information and Publicity.
