17/10/2015 …. porvorim MLA Rohan Khaunte has asked the planners of the to look far beyond city borders so as to take developmental projects other than transport, sewerage, bio-diversity, water supply and power being given to the neighbouring constituencies.
Addressing media in panjim on Wednesday evening porvorim mla Rohan Khaunte said that areas like Kadamba plateau, Taleigao, Porvorim which were close to the panjim city and were growing day by day due to which smart city planners also needed to consider this outside areas which the smart city was planned
Mr Khaunte said that Goan villages were all urbanized and there was a need for the state government to have a bigger vision rather than having a 20 year vision of sustainable development
