Department of Police has requested general public to call on the helpline Numbers i.e. 112 or whatsapp number 7875756000 to inform about impending or ongoing Bull fight.
Goa Police has stated that, it is determined to curb bullfights and have also made an action plan to curb bull fights (Dhirios) in the state of Goa along with all the stakeholders in pursuant to the Order dated April 7th, 2023 of the High Court of Bombay at Goa in Contempt Petition No. 10 of 2021 in Writ Petition No. 347 of 1996 filed by People’s for Animals Goa V/S Shri Parimal Rai and Ors.
The public are informed that they can also login on to the website of Goa Police i.e. www.goapolice.gov.in. for informing any impending Bull fight or call the concerned Nodal Officers.
