Captain of Ports has informed that in view of the Independence Day Parade and Flag Hoisting ceremony to be held in front of Old Secretariat, Panaji, Goa, all the Vessels (other than those engaged in essential services) are WARNED NOT TO NAVIGATE/ANCHOR in the Mandovi river in the close proximity and opposite the Old Secretariat, Panaji, from 07.00 am to 12.00 noon on August 15, 2024. Violations of the above shall be viewed seriously.
