The Electricity Department is in process of modernizing its electricity services in the state of Goa. The Department has appointed REC Power Distribution Company Ltd. (RECPDCL, Govt. of India Undertaking) along with its technology partner Tata Power Delhi Distribution Ltd. for carrying out the IT implementation work.
RECPDCL is carrying out the electrical network and consumer survey to update the records of all electricity consumers. The authorized representatives of RECPDCL will visit the premises to update billing and address records in the areas of Panjim, Bambolim, Corlim, Taligao in first phase & in other parts of Goa in second phase.
Consumers are requested to cooperate and provide necessary information related to correct Address, Mobile No/Land line No. and Meter details to serve better . Updated details will help us to provide better services in respect of no supply complaint, Meter Reading, Bill Distribution, Bill Payments, Customer redress and releasing new connections to all electricity customers.
