October 14, 2014 … The Governor of Goa Smt. Mridula Sinha has said though changes are bound to happen in society the same could be accepted without ignoring our social and cultural values. The trend of old age homes is not a good sign as aged people crave for love and affection from their near and dear ones.
Smt. Sinha was speaking while presiding over the Annual General Body Meeting of Indian Red Cross Society Goa State Branch held at Raj Bhavan on monday.
Further speaking Smt. Sinha said that there are many problems in our society which are required to be addressed such as disparity between rich and poor where people from corporate sector can but to have sensitive mind she added
