It may be noted that the dabolim congress mla who is still waiting to be made as an unattached mla from his congress party was recently as the chairman of the South Goa Planning and Development Authority after the resignation of Cuncolim MLA Rajan Naik from the same post.
Speaking to goanreporter dabolim mla mauvin godinho said that it is confirmed that he would contest the next state assembly elections on a bjp ticket
Mr godinho said that he had given ample opportunities to the congress party even before being in to the bjp side but nothing happened
Mr godinho also called the congress goa desk incharge digvijay singh a total lier for stating that mr Godinho had acknowledged to him that he could not go against the BJP as he was trying to settle his case in the Supreme Court.
