Panaji, September 06, 2018 …. Sowing as well as transplanting of Kharif Paddy crop has been completed. The crop stand is quite healthy and no outbreak of pests/disease has been reported or observed during pest surveillance inspection.
Total seventeen students were deputed against reserved seats at Dr. Balasaheb Sawant Konkan Krishi Vidyapeeth, Dapoli, Ratnagiri, Maharashtra for higher education in Agriculture Field.
The students are divided as B. Sc (Agriculture) – 11 Students, B.Sc (Horticulture) – 4 Students, B. Sc (Agri. Engineering) – 2 Students.
Worskhop on “Application of Remote sensing and Geographic Information System (GIS) in Agriculture Development” was organized by institute of Extension Education, Anand Agriculture University, Gujarat, wherein 03 Officials attended.
