Panaji: September 12,2017 …. The meeting to draw state level plan to make successful Nation –Wide Sanitation Campaign was held in the Secretariat today. Chief Secretary Shri Dharmendra Sharma chaired the meeting.
Shri Sharma informed that the President of India Shri Ramnath Kovind will launch campaign on Sept. 15,2017 and itwill be observed till October 2,2017 “Swacchata Hi Seva” will be the theme for the campaign. It was decided to organize programmes during the period from Sept. 15,2017 to Oct. 2,2017 through which the objective of awareness about cleanliness among the masses can be achieved.
Shri Sudhir Mahajan Secretary for health, Shri Daulat Hawaldar Secretary Finance Dr. Sanjiv Dalvi Director of Directorate of Health Services, Shri Levinson Martins Director of Department of Science & Technology, Shri S. V Naik Director Department of Social Welfares and other officials from various departments attended the meeting.
