Speaking to media reporters in panjim calangute mla Michael lobo said that agnelo was frustrated due to the developmental works he had undertaken in his present tenure in calangute constituency which mr fernandes had not done in his last two tenures
Mr lobo said that his first priority as a calangute mla was to put garbage issues in place and would also help neighbouring villages where in the plant can take 100 tonnes of garbage every day
Mr lobo also stated that the garbage treatment plant was fully scientific and the outburst of mr fernandes was nothing but out of frustration seeing his government undertaking developmental works in calangute constituency
