Spokesperson of the state congress party adv yatish naik has said that the president of goa Pradesh congress committee luizinho faleiro and opposition leader pratapsingh rane has no role to play in to the sez issue case
It may be noted that the officials of anti corruption bereau had recently summoned gpcc president luizinho and opposition leader pratapsingh Rane along with a few others so as to recored their statements in the sez issue case.
The allotment of plots had been done in 2005 when Rane was chief minister and Faleiro was industries minister while quepem mla Babu Kavalekar was the chairman of the GIDC and has been interrogated by ACB a couple of times.
ACB had drawn a list of 20 people, including officers and politicians, linked to the allotment of industrial land to seven SEZs at a throwaway price.
