The Government of Goa has constituted the Goa State Commission for Protection of Child Rights for a period of three years to exercise the powers conferred on and to perform the functions assigned to it under the protection of Child Right 2005 Act and Rules, consisting of Dr.(Mrs.) Sushma P. Kirtani, Lawande House, Corte De Oiteiro, Panaji as its Chairperson.
