PANAJI PS:
Mr. Ganesh Naik r/o Goitem Piedade Tiswadi-Goa complained that in the month of August and Prior to 12.08.1999 and on 12.08.1999 in the office of Sub registrar Panaji Goa accused person 1) Mohan Bhanudas Gokharnekar r/o Khalchawada Harmal, Pernem Goa, 2) Rama Fondekar r/o Prabhuwada Diwar, tiswadi Goa, accused No.1 induced the complainant to purchase the plot of land measuring 250 sq mts. Of property known as Casa de Morod @ “Prabhuwada” situated at Porbhuwada in Goltim in Connivance with accused No.2 sold the property to the complainant and executed the deed of sale before Sub registrar Panaji by supplying the facts to the complainant that the property mentioned above is already mortgaged to Goa Urban Co-Operative Bank Panaji. accused No.2 has stood surety to the accused No.1 with the Goa Urban Co-Operative Bank, Panaji and also before the sub registrar Panaji with regard to the same property. MAPUSA PS:
Mr. Danny Lobo r/o Carona, Aldonda, Mapusa complained that on 25.07.14 at about 13.40 hrs. at Crona Aldona Bardez Goa accused Mr. Peter Silva r/o Carona, Aldona Bardez Goa criminally trespassed into his property abused with filthy words, threatened him with dire consequence, assaulted with fist blows, kicks causing injuries to him and also damaged his spectacles causing loss of Rs. 1,000/- approx. Accused arrested and released on bail. Cr.No.323/14 u/s 447, 504, 506, 323, 427 IPC stands registered. HC-4238 is I.O.
OLD GOA PS:
On 25.07.14, one patient namely Mousambi Glosh, age 52 yrs., r/o Corlim was admitted in GMC Bambolim as a case of burning and expired while undergoing treatment. U.D.No.41/14 u/s 174 Cr. P. C. is registered. PSI Sagun Sawant is I. O.
On 25.07.14, one person namely Ganesh Mashelkar, age 25 yrs., r/o Carambolim drowned in Brahma Karmali Lake, Carambolim. Body preserved in GMC Morgue Bambolim. U.D.No.41/14 u/s 174 Cr. P. C. is registered. PSI Sagun Sawant is I. O.
VALPOI PS:
Shri Rajendra Singh Katore, Asst. Mine Manager of Damodar Mangalji and Co. Ltd. Pissurlem complained that between 23.07.14 to 24.07.14 TNK at Band Doncol, Mine office, Pissurlem, unknown culprit/s entered into company mine office Pissurlem and committed theft of one pedestal fan, one monitor, one CPU, one ups, one key board, one mouse and different registered all W/Rs.20,000/-.
