Chief Minister, Dr Pramod Sawant launched website of Goa Staff Selection Commission in collaboration with Info Tech Corporation of Goa Ltd with domain name gssc.goa.gov.in today at Mantralaya, Porvorim.
Speaking on the occasion Dr Pramod Sawant said with an aim to have fair recruitment process and to ensure that no injustice is done to any Goan youth staff selection process is initiated. This will be completely transparent and merit based recruitment to select candidates for the government job he added.
Briefing about selection process Chief Minister said that all departments will have to submit the requisition of the vacant post to the Commission by 1st August.The process of recruitment will start immediately thereafter by publishing the advertisement on the newspaper and commission website. Exams will be carried out tentatively in the month of September and October. Process of Refilling of vacant job in different departments will be done by November, he added.
