in his speech, the finance minister stated that the estimated expenditure on revenue account was Rs 8199.84 crore and expenditure account was Rs 1890.03 crore
The total receipts for 2014-15 is estimated to be Rs 9533.88 as against Rs 7923.10 crore in 2013-14 while the increase in revenue is to the extent of 20.32%. The tax revenue is expected to be Rs 5092.58 and non tax revenue is slated to be Rs 2380.51 crore
The annual financial statement also reflects that there will be a negligible revenue deficit of Rs 9.38 crore while the fiscal and primary deficits are estimated at Rs 1610.71 and Rs 639.14 crore for 2014-15. The gross annual plan expenditure for 2014-15 is also estimated to be Rs 4389.25 crore.
