05-07-2013 … The goa state ncp party would submit a memorandum to the additional director of education anil powar asking to revert back the decision on the extension of school timings which the state government had recently taken on

It may be noted that the state ncp party had already demanded to roll back the extended timing of the schools which had created chaos and confusion in the schedule of thousand of parents and students in the state

Addressing media persons after its party meet senior vice president of the state ncp party jose Philip dsouza said that they had decided to meet mr powar on Monday and asked him to take a look on the issues of extension of school timing taking every one in to confidence  

Philip said the issue of mid day meal had to be looked in to carefully and there was a need from the state government side to study the issue properly so that issues of food poisoning in mid day meal do not take place again

Meanwhile ncp spokesperson trojano dmello said that the present government had failed to protect the basic need of the children in the state
